Surf Camp Morocco is on!
I still cant quite believe it, we are opening Surf Camp Morocco. But let me start at the beginning. We are a bunch of surfers from Slovenia, one of the more unlikely places to start surfing. Our coastline is little over 40km long to begin with, not to mention that it is set deeeep into the corner pocket of the Mediteranian sea. So you have Mediteranian sea that in not that good for surfing, then you have Adriatic sea, that is a part of it and it’s even worse and at the end of it is our coast that sucks. Basically we are dooomed :)
But that did not stop us. When there is a will there is a way. Even more if there is surfing involved. Still, Surf Camp Morocco was years away. We started closer - in France. This is the fastest way to get to the ocean from over here, its “just” 1.560km away. Soon we started teaching others to surf and bringing more and more people to France. Our first surf camp had to evolve from that. This year is the seventh year we are running asurf camp in France and it is time for the next step - Surf Camp in Morocco.
This is step into the unknown, a step into a country of adventure and mistery… no matter what, when you return from Morocco you will have stories to tell. We do every time we go there.
